Why do they even make baby clothes in white? I am pretty tired of scrubbing stains out of white clothes. And khaki, too.

Hahaha Seriously. What I started doing was putting a load of things that were dirty like that in the washer on cold with a scoop of tide and a scoop of Biz (it's powder and most places have it) and then start my machine and stop it before it drains and let the clothes soak for 24 hours in the soap and then run the wash the rest of the way. It gets a lot out and then I don't have to scrub.

Seriously, the only thing I'll buy white anymore is Sunday Shirts. My mom has a lot of great tricks like the one Spring just described, but I feel like I'm doing good to get the clothes in the washer and better yet to get them folded afterward. If my kids wear anything light colored, they pretty much wear it stained. My laundry secret is to buy red and navy clothes and not just 'cause I'm patriotic :)

I AGREE! We dont own one thing white, because it will only get one use. I take that back, we have white church shirts...but they get worn with vests now because they are stained!

My sister in law just sent me some of her sons old clothes and the box was full of sparkle-ing white shirts that had obviously been worn, but didnt have one stain. She has some secret we must not know!
