Okay, I am officially hotter than hot here in good ol' Utah. Today it was 96 degrees, which isn't all that bad by AZ standards, but we have no air conditioning. It makes me want to die. I spent all of last night with a wet wash rag on my tummy in an attempt to get cool enough to sleep. Every couple of hours I would have to get up and get it wet again. At least until around 3 a.m. when it cooled off a little. Fortunately Ty's family gave him this for his birthday.
It's a shaved ice maker. It gets used multiple times every day. Unfortunately shaved ice only lasts so long. Then it's back to melting. Four more weeks.

i wish we lived closer so you could borrow our portable air conditioner. i feel your pain, we have no ac in our house either. we only turn the little portable one on at night, it provides relief when it is needed most.
I never will understand why people don't put A/C in their houses! If I lived in Utah or Idaho I would! Even if it only got used a couple times a year!
I feel for you! Must be miserable!
